Any number of development tools can be used to compile and run the .java files in this section. File decompression software, such asWinzip® orStuffIt®, is required to open the .zip files in this section. Any text editor can be used to view the .asc files in this section. Please refer to problem set 1 for further instructions. Any number of software programs can be used to run the .bin and .key files in this section. These files are intended to be run with the C++ program "one_time_pad_vrfy.cc" once that program has been compiled on a Unix® computer.
