Katakana HW If you're not too comfortable with Hiragana or Katakana, you're advised to spend enough time now to review them well. Start studying for Lesson 3 Quiz, which will be next week. Review all the materials from Lesson 1 through Lesson 3. We will have Oral Interview #1 next week. The Oral Interview, which lasts about 5 minutes, is similar to the ACT class activities. The teacher will set a conversational context, and you're expected to respond appropriately.
You may not use any English at all in the interview.
The focus in the interview is on the production of accurate, appropriate, natural Japanese speech for your level.
You are only expected to know what we have covered up to now (through Lesson 3); practice with the tapes; review not only the CCs & Drills but also the AE & Utilization.
The oral interview is an opportunity for you to demonstrate what you can do with the language all based on the course materials. | |
