College leaders want details on proposed tuition cap

Several Ohio college leaders say they appreciate that Gov. John Kasich wants them to increase their graduation rate while keeping costs down.

But they want more information about a proposed 2 percent cap on tuition increases.

“Obviously we have to keep higher education affordable for our students while at the same time providing the quality programs that they need. It’s what we do every day,” Columbus State Community College spokesman Will Kopp said.
