University of Michigan's first openly gay student body president is suing a former assistant state attorney general that he claims stalked him. Chris Armstrong has filed a lawsuit against Andrew Shirvell in Washtenaw County Circuit Court seeking over 25 thousand dollars in damages. The suit alleges Shirvell put defamatory comments about Armstrong on a blog last year and called him a Nazi, Ku Klux Klan member and "radical homosexual activist."
