Tuition drives decisions on local colleges

Jessica Gramajo expects to graduate from Westchester Community College by the end of this summer and she’s already weighed her four-year college options.

“I’m considering to stay within the SUNY district just because it’s affordable, there are credits that I’m assured are going to transfer and there are good opportunities,” said Gramajo, 19, who is earning an associate degree in communications and media arts.
