    The Admissions Managers for the Kellogg School of Management:

    Serve as active members of the Admissions team, participating in admissions activities to market, recruit, select and yield the best and brightest Kellogg candidates to help achieve the school’s admissions and enrollment goals.
    Coach and guide prospective students through Kellogg’s application process.
    Serve as the Customer Relationship Management co-lead for Kellogg’s prospective student data.

    Job Summary:

    The Admissions Manager for the Kellogg Full-Time MBA program will contribute to all aspects of the admissions process, helping attract the best and brightest to come to Kellogg. The person in this role will design, plan, execute, and launch continuous efforts to maintain and improve Kellogg’s competitiveness. This includes supporting strategic outreach, evaluation and yield related activities.


    Collaborates with the Senior Associate Director and Assistant Director of Full Time Admissions regarding strategic planning.
    Serves as a Kellogg ambassador through all interactions with prospective students and key stakeholders (current students, Kellogg staff, professors, alumni, etc).
    Acts as training resource for admissions staff.
    Coaches and guides prospective students throughout the application process; responds to program inquiries.
    Plans and executes recruiting and yield events.
    Collaborates with the Marketing & Communications Team to design and execute marketing and communications campaigns and to monitor results.
    Collaborates with the Registration & Records Team and the Student Affairs Team to support the transition of incoming students and related events.
    Serves as the Full-Time Admissions Team’s Operations technical co-lead and expert for systems admissions processing and decisioning
    Co-manages front desk phone and email inbox responsibilities.
    Serves as the CRM co-lead by managing the data from various prospective student touch points
    Drives all admissions related processing, which includes: following up with prospective students and recommenders to obtain outstanding items; sending admit and deny notifications; ensuring admissions files meet and are maintained to Federal Guidelines; and ensuring that notes are shredded before students reach campus.
    Updates and monitors systems to maintain up-to-date candidate and current student data.
    Supports various administrative tasks (maintaining files, distributing marketing materials, distributing packages, etc) as necessary.
    Kellogg offers a flexible work environment, including partial remote work flexibility depending on the role.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the broader Kellogg Admissions Team, cross-functional departments, cross-program staff, and key stakeholders (students, professors, alumni, etc) to design, plan and implement strategies to attract, select and yield the highest quality MBA candidates.
    Drive Full Time Admissions processing activities and manage ongoing one-on-one contact with prospective students via in-person interactions; manage phone and email correspondence to respond to program inquiries and provide support throughout the application process.
    Participate in all aspects of the selection process for the Full-Time MBA program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating applications, and managing applicant pools.
    Run reports, design surveys, update and monitor data in systems, and analyze results to spot trends and identify improvement opportunities.
    Plan, organize and execute domestic and/or international events and activities to attract and yield prospective students.
    Assist with other projects, administrative duties and initiatives as assigned.

    Performs other duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications:

    A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills and abilities may be acquired.
    Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)

    Professional verbal and written communication skills.
    Good analytical skills.
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    Ability to multitask and perform well in a busy office.
    Consistently displays attention to detail.
    Displays excellent interpersonal skills.
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, email, web browsers.
    Preferred Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)

    Proficient project management experience
    Proficiency in CRM systems.
    High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Document management platforms (Sharepoint).
    Highly organized and able to work independently.
    Capacity to work under pressure and comply with deadlines.
    Sensitivity to confidential matters.
