Defining coordinates in polar coordinate system

In order to plot a point with coordinates (3; π/6) on a polar coordinate system, find a circle with radius 3 and find a half-line with an angle of inclination to axis equal π/6 (that is 30 degrees). The cross point is the desired point.

The model is a movie. To navigate through the movie use Play, Pause, Stop, Previous step and Next step buttons.
