Report common residential maintenance issues online here. Please be sure to read the instructions before completion of the form. Problems of an immediate or extreme nature (i.e. overflowing sink, broken AC unit) should be called in immediately to Facilities during business hours at x5295 (972.721.5295) or after hours to the Campus Safety Office at x5305 (972.721.5305).
