UCLA Student Gets 'Underage' Abortion Advice

A counselor at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Memphis, Tennessee, has been caught on tape telling a girl who she thought was 14 to lie to a judge about her age of an alleged 31-year-old boyfriend so she could obtain a waiver for her abortion without her parents' knowledge. The girl wasn't 14. She was 18 at the time. The boyfriend doesn't exist, but that doesn't matter. The law was broken in Tennessee.
