University of Massachusetts police release names of those arrested following post-Super Bowl disturb

The 14 people arrested during a disturbance at the University of Massachusetts following the Patriots’ Superbowl loss to the New York Giants are slated to be arraigned Tuesday in Eastern Hampshire District Court in Belchertown.

Thirteen of those arrested are UMass students and the Dean of Students will determine whether they will be suspended or expelled, a spokesman said.

The students, whose names are listed in the UMass police log, were arrested outside of the Southwest residential complex.
