Software tracks Texas A&M faculty's work

Texas A&M has contracted with Academic Analytics LLC for software that helps track faculty members' scholarly productivity.
The key areas of the five-year, $525,000 contract are publications such as journal articles and their citations, grant funding received and awards received from professional organizations, said Antonio Cepeda-Benito, Texas A&M's dean of faculties.
