Obama to speak at University of Richmond Friday

President Obama will travel to the University of Richmond Friday to talk about his latest effort to jumpstart the economy to create jobs.

The event will come a day after Obama addresses Congress about his plan to grow jobs, According to some media reports, part of the plan calls for $300 billion in tax cuts and government spending.

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required. They will be available at the Modlin Center at the University of Richmond from 3 to 6 p.m. on....
