Our opinion: A meeting at the Capitol on the future of the University at Buffalo has advocates for other campuses on edge. Policies for one university center could affect all of them.

There’s nothing wrong with the Cuomo administration holding a summit next month to explore how the University at Buffalo can be the catalyst for the economic survival of New York’s most hard-off major city.

The administration might even expand such efforts, looking at how every State University campus can help....
