UNC football investigating academic impropriety

Less than two weeks before its season opener, North Carolina announced Thursday night that the investigation of its football program includes possible academic infractions.

"We will find out what happened and we will do everything we can to keep it from happening again, and we will not let these mistakes define this university and what we stand for," Chancellor Holden Thorp said Thursday at a press conference.
