Kansas, Missouri schools ranked among best colleges by Forbes

Thirteen Missouri schools and three from Kansas have landed on Forbes magazine's ranking of "America's Best Colleges."

The third-annual ranking is based on five categories including educational quality, student satisfaction, and student debt.

The magazine ranked 610 schools, or about 9 percent of the total number of accredited postsecondary institutions in the United States.

The highest ranked Missouri school was Washington University in St. Louis, at number 76. The University of Kansas....
