    The Office Support Associate will perform office and administrative support with an emphasis on planning, logistics and organization/coordination for engineering and architectural planning, design, and construction projects to support the mission of the University.

    Oversee the efforts to prepare, coordinate, and execute administrative documentation related to planning, design, and construction efforts
    Supervise the preparation of administrative efforts related to consultant contracts and agreements
    Supervise the administration of consultant standing annual agreements
    Supervise the coordination and correspondence with consultants responsible for developing contract documents as related to bid documentation
    Review and oversee publication of addendum, amendments, and contract modification documentation
    Supervise tracking and recording of project related documents including but not limited to agreements, insurance certificates, funding approvals, and permits
    Oversee and coordinate efforts related to the advertisement of bid documentation including scheduling, distribution of documents, and amendment of documents related to bid processes
    Oversee monthly time recording, and billing documentation for presentation and approval to division associate director
    Supervise efforts related to preparing weekly priority and scheduling efforts for staff
    Support recruitment, interview, and new hire efforts
    Develop and maintain process documentation related to key job responsibilities
    Coordinate with Document Center and Archives to comply with process and procedures for document retention

    7:30 – 4:00 (Flexible)

    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

    Preferred Qualifications
    A bachelor's degree in business, or a technical degree related to design and/or construction, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired is necessary.

    Valid Driver’s License is required.

    Anticipated Hiring Range
    Salary Rate: $18.50 - $26.00 hourly

    Grade: GGS-008
