A postdoctoral fellowship position in cancer immunology and immunotherapy is available at the Center for Advanced Innate Cell Therapy within the Texas Children's Cancer Center. The project aims to develop and test novel CAR-redirected immunotherapy for pediatric solid tumors. In particular, we want to design and test a regulated PRDM1 knockdown in CAR-NKTs to enhance CAR-NKT persistence without compromising toxicity. We offer outstanding state-of-the-art, recently expanded laboratory facilities and a highly interactive environment for basic, translational, and clinical investigators. Candidates must have a recent PhD degree and an expertise in molecular biology and tumor immunology with a documented record of productivity.
