I read the story this morning and i think more people are doing this,but haven't gotten caught yet. Apparently this man was taking exam for some of his 'clients'.

I'm anticipating there will be more crackdown on this across the nation. There's always a problem with identity fraud, VISA/immigration fraud going on.

The government is discovering more and more of these cases now. one article from today's newspaper is discussing how illegal immigrants in Texas are getting in-state tuition to go to college.
