One of the best way to get hired is to show your employer how you can contribute and be successful in their company. A good example of one candidate did was he basically presented to a panel of interviewers how and why he should be hired by pairing each of the company/position needs to his current or past job experiences, etc. That way, the interviewers do not have to think hard whether the candidate's skill sets fit the company or not, it was already done FOR them.
