Are those who claimed 'free' tutorial really free?

Important life lesson, if its' too good to be true, then it's probably not true. Same thing, some websites or class may provide free tutorial, but it won't be a comprehensive tutorial, at a certain point if you wish to continue to use their study material, you are going to have to pay for it.
