Is US the only country who cannot control their student visa abuse issue? I think not. News had surfaced a few weeks ago regarding England is about to clamp down on this issue because it was getting out of control for their country as well. They planned on decreasing the number of approved visa quota and stricter criteria, although that has received heavy criticism from some who claim having a healthy and active study abroad program with other countries will help boost economy.
