Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is a research-intensive university with globally acknowledged strengths in science and engineering. The university has roots that go back to 1955 when Nanyang University was set up. Today, NTU has four colleges with 12 schools, and three autonomous entities, the National Institute of Education, the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, and the Earth Observatory of Singapore.

Home to over 4,000 international students hailing from countries ranging from Korea to Kazakhstan, our NTU community is a microcosm of the world. Over half of our 2,500-strong teaching and research staff come from more than 40 countries, bringing dynamic international perspectives and years of solid industry experience.
Our admission process is thorough and we carefully consider the backgrounds of our applicants and how they may impact and contribute to our campus.
International students interested in pursuing undergraduate studies in NTU must have completed at least 12 years of general education in order to be considered for admission. Application for admission opens from October to March of the year.
